Delivery & Returns Policy

If you purchase our attic/loft insulation products online (pay conveniently by Credit Card/PayPal) we will deliver them directly to your door within 2 working days.

Returns accepted for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be undamaged, securely packaged, and returned to us at your own cost. All refunds will be via PayPal.

PayPal is the internets most common payment system, allowing you to pay us by credit card, safe in the knowledge that you are checking out securely and are protected by their buyer protection scheme. You don’t have to already have a PayPal account, but you will be given the option to open one when buying a product from us, using the PayPal Checkout process.
